Although the practice list is generally full, we occasionally have slots to accommodate new patients.  Please complete the online Expression of interest form if you would like to join the practice as a patient.

We will respond to the email address you give.

A limited number of appointment slots will be made available Mon-Fri by filling in the online request form here.

The request list is usually checked once day (Mon-Fri.) We will try to facilitate early appointments, but please ring if the appointment is urgent.

Confirmation of the appointment time will be sent to your email address.

Medical Cards

Please confirm HERE that your medical card / GMS Doctor Visit Card is valid before each visit.

​

If you have a medical card, this should be presented on checking-in at at reception for each patient at every attendance.

​​

Doctor number should be 82020.

Ring the HSE medical card office 01 8343644 if your card number is not valid.

​

Normal charges for doctor visits apply until the card is activated.

You will need the PPS number of the child or children you wish to register.

It is important to do this as soon as possible, since 

the Medical card / Visit card is only valid once you have a valid medical card number.
